FD75 FlexDraper Headers for Combines
Boyd CAT Machinery are proud to offer the MacDon FD75 FlexDraper header for sale to growers in Kentucky, Southern Indiana, West Virginia and Southeastern Ohio. These Flex drapers are specifically designed to conform to the terrain with a minimal amount of ground pressure.
The upgraded hydraulics provide more precise draper speed control. You can also adjust the reel to any one of four cam positions to accommodate changing ground conditions. The C-shaped cutter bar enables a smoother and efficient crop flow, even when harvesting crops that are susceptible to shattering. You can even lock the header into a rigid configuration if needed.
FD65 Draper Headers for Combines
The FD65 is designed to deliver excellent straight cut results in difficult field and crop conditions. Key features include the Dual Span reel design that enables the reel to operate in close proximity of the cutting components, even in short or tangled crops and when working on uneven ground. The active float system works in tandem with the auto-header height control to enable instantaneous float response over changing ground conditions. The reel offers four cam positions — the first two are designed for harvesting in optimal crop conditions, while the latter two are designed for use when harvesting low or downed crops.
